Travel Fee’s
No travel fee’s within 75 miles of West Bend, Wi, Engagement Sessions must be held within 45 miles of West Bend, Wi. Wedding destinations over 2 hours from West Bend will require and Friday and Saturday night hotel charge.
Payment Plan
Payments can be made at any time in any amount. In a sense you can make your own payment plan. All forms of payments accepted except checks. A 5% discount is applied if all payments are made in cash.
Planning
We totally get that you have never done this before and may not know what to ask – so we take our 200+ wedding experience and make it easy for you and your family.
Using our pre-defined wedding templates, we can quickly plan out your entire day. From the prep to the Ceremony, the family groupings, Wedding party, and your Bridals – we will map everything out in an outline with times so that your day runs as smooth as possible. Think of us as your guides that will help you with all the logistics of the day. A completely planned day makes for less stress and exquisite images. Early Ceremony, Late Ceremony, Family pics prior, private first looks, or first looks with your family - We have done it all and can help bring your vision to life
Two Photographers always
Why – Simply, weddings are too busy for a single camera to capture your day. One of us will always be with the bride capturing those memories, while the other is capturing friends and family. One Camera on the groom and one camera with the bride. Single photographers cannot do that.
Style
Our style is relaxed and fun! We have a great time with our Wedding familes and that helps bring out those once in a lifetime image with your closest friends! We make sure we get to know you and your family also. We are here to document your day, but also friends, family, and all your important people in your life. We encourage parents to use us also – No need to fumble with camera’s just call us over any time you need.
Posing
We will work with you on poses that look great on the both of you, poses that are natural and relaxed. No stiff overly posed shots. Yes, we will do some formal shots to be hung on your parents and relatives walls, but we will work closely with you to get the look you want. The perfect mix of Artistic and natural looks.
Table Race Game
At the reception, we love getting the entire room involved with the table race game ! Ask us about that if you haven’t been part of that. Plus, it’s the perfect way to get a fun pic of every single guest.
Nighttime/sunset portraits
Amazing Sunset/Nighttime images - Most of our packages also allow for a second night time Bridal shoot for amazing backlit images.
Video option – Work with one vendor at a discounted price
Any package can add the “Video +” . A documentary style 30+ min edited video with licensed music of all your important moments. 5–8 minute highlight version, perfect for posting on social media. Hosted online for easy sharing with download. Discounted price of $895 with any wedding package contract

Your images are safe
Everyone has horror stories about a photographer losing images, this is also why spending a little bit more may save your day. We come to every wedding with redundancy of every piece of equipment. Back up Camera’s, Back up lights, Dual memory card camera’s. Triple backed up files after the wedding on separate drives and cloud storage.
What about after the Wedding?
Private galleries hold your images for download. Social media versions are easy to share online. Custom Heirloom Wedding book designs, along with Wall Art (Metal, Canvas, mounted prints) are all possible. Prints, Gifts, thank you cards, we can do it all.
